I’m Joanna!
The language around yoga and the wellness industry can often feel confusing. So in keeping with the authenticity of my practice, I will keep this brief. Regardless of what life may be throwing our way, coming to the mat is how we can stay grounded and return to ourselves again and again. Yoga is that tool to help us turn inwards: it helps us tune in to our mind and body, inviting a clarity to respond and adapt to whatever may be going on around us. On this simple basis, I knew this was something I wanted to share with others and why I teach what I love. Ten years later and counting, the novelty of sharing this passion for yoga with clients still feels like a gift.
